The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) has awarded Edaptive the Bureau of Primary Health Care (BPHC) Health Center Management Information System (BHCMIS) Customer Support task order. The task order is issued under the HRSA Electronic Handbook (EHB) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The mission of the BPHC is to improve the health of the Nation’s underserved communities and vulnerable populations by assuring access to comprehensive, culturally competent, quality primary health care services. HRSA provides nearly $3B in annual grant funding through the BPHC programs to more than 1,200 health centers operate over 8,500 community-based service delivery sites in every state and territory. The BPHC is one of many bureaus with the Agency that supports this overall mission.
The overall scope of the contract is to provide customer support for the Bureau of Primary Health Center Management Information System (BHCMIS) to include Project Management Reports, Plan Development, Training videos, Outreach support and training materials, FAQ Repository, Training/Brown Bag sessions, and Web communications.
