Edaptive Awarded Data Navigator III and HSMES Contracts

Edaptive is pleased to announce two new wins at HHS: Data Navigator III for CMS and HSMES for HRSA. These two wins are significant in that they support our efforts to leverage contract vehicles such as GSA’s 8a Stars, and HRSA’s Electronic Hand Book (EHB) IDIQ. A brief description of each win is provided below.

The Data Navigator III contract is a 5 year contract that will address security issues and maintenance services for the Data Navigator tool, previously developed by Edaptive under two successive contracts. The Data Navigator website, “DataNav,” is sponsored and owned by the Office of Enterprise Management’s (OEM) Office of Information Products and Data Analytics (OIPDA). DataNav is a public-facing, web-based search and retrieval tool that resides on CMS.gov and queries an OIPDA-maintained relational database of CMS data resources. The site receives approximately 10,000 visitors per month and received an All Star Award as one of the 50 highly valued websites determined by the health community in 2013. Our efforts on this contract will support OIPDA’s larger responsibility to foster a culture within the Agency for effective, enterprise-wide strategic thinking and planning, and interchange of data and information, to support management decision making and inform policy.

As part of our HRSA Electronic Handbook (EHB) IDIQ, Edaptive was awarded a contract to provide business requirements management and development of a Provisional Data Collection and Reporting Database for the Healthy Start Monitoring and Evaluation System (HSMES). The purpose of this contract is to develop a business requirements document for HSMES and to develop a provisional data collection and reporting database that will enhance reporting and monitoring capability for the Healthy Start program. The HSMES award builds on Edaptive’ s efforts currently underway for the HRSA EHB program and expands our ability to deliver additional technical services to the HRSA Maternal and Child Health Bureau (MCHB).
